Unexpected upgrade during busy times
The hotel is centrally located. The staff was accommodating, even upgrading our room, a lovely surprise. The room was neat and had a nice balcony that provided a serene escape after a busy day.

Loved my really good stay on a business trip. The staff were all friendly efficient and genuinely helpful, which was unquestionably a plus. Boiled eggs, bread, and fruit were really appreciated. The location was magnificent, for example, a huge plaza was within walking distance of the hotel. I didn't feel like leaving, so recommend this venue.
The staff was very tired.

hotel liked in general almost everything (breakfasts were not checked - we do not know). We took a family room 24m2. Freshly renovated, comfortable rooms, good quality plumbing. presence of parking right in the same building (which is not often for the center of Madrid). the location of the hotel is just great. Not only is it a quiet street with grocery stores around. So there is also a police headquarters and in the evening you can return to the hotel without fear of anything. Well, it's a 3-minute walk to the main street with restaurants, starbucks and big stores. Jelly beans, coffee and champagne are also offered in the reception area (p. s. coffee is really not very tasty to put it mildly:). champagne is exhibited in the afternoon). hotel can be safely recommended.
I didn't like it at all, these little things were really uncomfortable. Music in the hallway. You can hear it in the room, too. she plays all the time. It's up to 22-23 hours. Of course, you can call reception and ask them to turn it off at a later time if you want to rest. even in the afternoon, she was a little annoying to us. There is absolutely no sound insulation between the room and bathroom with the toilet. That there is a glass door, that it is not there is one effect. smell of freshener in the reception area and elevators. It was very sharp and intrusive. Probably the hotel staff tried to mask some other smell with this freshener that they couldn't get out. they still had to hold their breath by entering the hotel.

Excellent location. Everyone is nearby and you can safely take this hotel if you don't spend so much time in your room. clean, it's clean, cool that there is a Bluetooth system and you can listen to music in your room through the available speakers. In our case it's a good thing there was a side to the street and there was a balcony - you can't think of any better. I also saw the Courtyard View Rooms and if I got a room there, I think it would be different. There's really water in the lobby, couple of sweets and shampoo in the open - it's hood.
I didn't like the fact that there's no free water in the room - just for the money. The room isn't big, the bath is too, though there's room in the shower. There's no lobby as such, and no wai file in it. If you should take a family room or a regular 15 meters, you can probably get a family room. There's music playing in the hallway and if you want to lie down early it's not a pleasant option. In general, the hotel is good. I described it as a... little thing.

clean, clean, clean
This is probably the cleanest hotel where I've ever stayed. The attention to detail in housekeeping is astonishing. The rooms also feature a Bluetooth audio system, allowing me to enjoy my favorite tunes while getting ready in the mornings.
recommend 😊❤️

1. Location of the hotel, it is close to the main street Gran Via, on a parallel street, quiet, quietly, near the police station. 2. Breakfast: it's magical, tasty everything. great variety of pastries, cakes, fruit, omelette, muesli, several kinds of sausages, cheese, ham, bread, coffee whatever you want, cappuccino, latte, americano, there is even decaf. 3. Room, stylish, comfortable bed and pillows, quiet, quietly, you can sleep well, air conditioning was working properly. Balcony overlooking the street, you can enjoy the cityscape, in the evening there to spend time. room has a refrigerator, mini bar for a fee, free tea and coffee from bags, kettle (this option I like even very much), hair dryer, washing accessories: tooth set, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, no hair conditioner. All clean, towels are white. 4. In general, hotel is beautiful and chic, at the reception you can drink free champagne and coffee from the capsule coffee machine, water and marmalade. hotel staff speaks English and is always responsive and smiling. Well done! I wish only to keep the brand!
I'd add oatmeal for breakfast and scrambled eggs... I couldn't find any minuses.

The room was spacious and clean. The view from the balcony was fine 💖 Had an excellent breakfast too! Just a bit bummed about the shower door not working properly.

Great location, close to the main shopping area and attraction.
Not easy to drive into the street if you are on Gran Via. Bathroom amenities are very simple and cheap looking, not 4-star hotel standard, bring your own stuff.

They were able to accommodate our family and at the last minute when one member was unable to accompany us, they made accommodations to change our room. This brought the cost of our stay down and the availibility to the car rental place was an added plus.

Dear Eurostars, if I wanted to sleep on a rock, I would've camped-hard mattress alert! The room was basically a cave, and don't get me started on the lack of outlets. I expected a welcome gift, but I guess that only happens if you're not a 'regular' like me. Honestly, I almost thought of giving a good review, but.

Friendly staff and good value for money. Location is very convenient almost in the old city centre.
Floor in the bathroom could be warmer but no other real complaints.

Excellent and perfect location, it was close to an underground station. Didn't like when it was cold outside, went to El Horno Azul to relax and grab some food.
